Sam is a Partner within Mercer’s HR Digital Transformation practice with 20+ years of professional experience in consulting and finance. Sam has advised senior executives in solving critical human capital issues such as managing large-scale strategic change, optimizing organizational talent and transforming HR into a more effective and strategic function. He has led multiple teams within Fortune 500 companies deliver solutions that accelerate change adoption and enable the workforce to achieve its business benefits and strategy. Outside of Mercer, Sam is an Adjunct Professor at Columbia University. He holds a M.B.A. from New York University, and a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania..
