Dr. Rhonda Farrell is a transformation strategist, advisor, consultant, and speaker with over 20 years of experience leading innovation, cybersecurity, and process improvement initiatives across the DoD, Intelligence Community, civil, and commercial sectors. She is passionate about empowering professionals to align purpose with impact, build resilient careers, and lead boldly in a rapidly evolving, tech-driven world. Dr. Farrell currently serves as Development Chair for IEEE Region 2.
