Biography: 

Barry is a highly experienced technology leader with over 40 years in the field. He currently serves as the Technical Lead and Chief Engineer for a key program supporting a US Federal Agency, where he coordinates intra- and interagency Digital Engineering initiatives for the US Government with work including Model Based Systems Engineering and Digital Twins.

In addition to his primary role, Barry holds significant leadership positions within the IEEE organization. He is the President-Elect of IEEE-USA, the VP of Industry Relations for IEEE/AESS, and a Distinguished Lecturer for the IEEE TEMS Society.

Barry is a licensed Professional Engineer in Virginia and holds multiple certifications, including Project Management Professional and GEOINT Professional. He is also a Fellow of the American Geographical Society and a SAFe Agilist.
